12.2 Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitral decision may be enforced in any court.
12.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND TECHDEEPLAB AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
