Credential Guard Enabled by Default
Windows Server 2025 enables Credential Guard by default on systems that meet hardware requirements. This isolates NTLM password hashes and Kerberos tickets from the main operating system.

WDAC receives major updates including simplified policy creation wizards and better integration with Microsoft Intune.
SMB Over QUIC
